Personality Profile: Heather Anglin (Customer Service)
Heather with her dogs: Georgia & Cooper.

Nearly every Triserv customer has worked directly with Heather Anglin at one point or another. Heather heads up a Coordinator Team and also runs all of Customer Service (managing the other five teams). In addition, she’s in charge of Vendor Relations (Appraisers and Lenders/Clients). Heather started as an appraiser in 2000 and was one of Triserv’s first five employees back in 2009.

When asked what the best part of her job is, Heather reports, “Easily the people I come in contact with during day-to-day operations, from Loan Officers and Appraisers to Borrowers. A simple call for an update or payment turns into insight into their personal lives, and friendships blossom. Also, I enjoy helping ease any frustrations that the parties may be experiencing during the homebuying or refinancing process. It can be an overwhelming experience if you’re not familiar with the process, and a simple conversation and explanation can mean the world to some.”

On the flip side, “The biggest challenge of working in the appraisal field is developing ‘thick skin.’ When Borrowers, Agents or Loan Officers get upset, you are the one person they can reach, and the frustration comes out. It’s not a personal attack on you, you are just the one that they can vent to. Usually they just need for someone to listen, understand their side, and help them resolve the situation. Once you learn it’s not personal, you can understand and sympathize.”

Heather is proud of the team she manages:

Crystal Goble has been a huge asset to the team and is always eager to assist where needed. Crystal is part of our west coast location based out of San Diego, CA. She and her significant other Michael share a home with their dogs Roxy and Charlie, as well as Myles the cat.

Thavry Ly is handling communications between Clients and Appraisers. She is a huge help to the team in many ways. Thavry is also based out of San Diego, where she and her husband Metta enjoy their two children Hasiah and Lennox.

Amanda Burns has been a great asset and hard worker. Her current responsibilities are following up with Appraisers to ensure that they’re moving forward with their assignments and communicating their status with Clients. Amanda is part of our local GA staff and loves to spoil her 4 legged child Fluffy.

Julie Brown helps our team chase down ETAs for reports and ensures we’re setting proper expectations with the Clients on their appraisal delivery. Julie is a east coast member out of St. Petersburg, FL, where she enjoys visiting the beach at sunset with a glass of wine and catching up with her daughter Jennifer and grandson Taylor.

Rylee Patrick is one of our newer Team members and works to ensure the assigned appraisers are moving forward and delivering their reports on time. Rylee is currently working remotely from the midwest. Rylee enjoys cosmetology outside of Triserv.

Makaelah Gibson is our newest Team member and is working to make sure that once the appraisers have their assignments they are moving them forward in the process. Makaelah is out of San Diego as well and came highly recommended by her mom, Erica Gibson, another Team's Support Staff.

Heather and her husband Chris live in a small town outside of Atlanta, GA. Heather’s daughter Mackenzie is currently earning her bachelor’s degree in Business. The family has two yellow labs, Georgia and Cooper (you can probably guess how Georgia got her name!). Outside of work, Heather is a big DIYer - she loves home projects ranging from painting a cabinet to a whole room.

Looking to the future, Heather says, “I’d like to finish my career in the appraisal business with Triserv. This is where I plan to be for the rest of my working days, so my goal is to ensure that Triserv flourishes in every way possible. I have the utmost respect for Jim and Leon and strive to better myself to live up to what they need of me to be productive with Triserv and help grow the company. Although we have grown exponentially over the last few years, we still feel like a small “Mom & Pop” company. I think that is due to the personnel we hire and how our staff interacts.”
