Personality Profile: Dave Daher (Customer Service)

Dave Daher oversees one of Triserv’s customer service teams. Based in Woodstock, GA (outside of Atlanta), Dave has been in the mortgage industry for 22 years, serving in a variety of roles ranging from loan officer to operations manager at a closing company. He has been to appraisal school and has worked for Triserv for nearly 9 years.

A true “people person,” Dave says the best part of his job is working together with his lender clients and appraisers to create a better process for everyone who’s “downstream” from the appraisal process (real estate agents, the borrower/homeowner, etc.). “I spend a lot of effort building relationships with my clients and my appraisers. I know when problems arise, I have good clients and good appraisers that are going to work with me so we can get through any situation.”

Dave’s team includes two Customer Service Specialists:

Ashleigh was the first addition to our team. She brings a lot of insight in refining our processes to be more efficient and streamlined. She handles a lot of day to day duties (such as keeping the completed orders coming in to the clients) and is trusted with finding solutions for complex assignments that come our way.”

Allyson was added to our team this year and made an instant impact by being very thorough, good with customer communication, and building relationships with our network of appraisers...all the while bringing a sense of humor to our team. She keeps us laughing with her quick wit and never-ending library of memes.”

Outside of work, Dave has been married to Ana Paula for seven years, and they have a five-year old daughter Lyla. Their dog Lily also keeps them on their toes. Dave is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, and enjoys mountain biking, where he travels throughout the southeast to explore parks and trails. Mulberry Gap in Ellijay, GA is his favorite place to mountain bike.

In the future, Dave’s goal is to keep building Triserv’s order volume, year over year, by adding clients and working to increase the share of orders they send to Triserv. He says, “Everyone here is committed to the success of every order we receive and it is just a matter of us getting an opportunity to show our current and prospective clients what we can offer them.”
